I wanted to talk about how stupid music is. I wanted to talk about how awesome music is, and how depressing it is, and why we all make music if it doesn’t last forever.
Music – it’s the only thing that can enter your system, your mind, your heart, without your permission.
Music is everything to me. I wake up and go to bed with it. I listen to all genres, depending on my mood.
I am a big fan of A.R. Rahman and Mani Sharma, and I went to a shop to buy these music directors’ CD. But I had only Rs 100, and Rahman’s CD cost more, so I couldn’t buy both. So I bought Rahman’s CD and stole Mani Sharma’s CD.
If you’re an artist, create music and put it out on the Internet. If you do this consistently, your fan base will continue growing, and that will power your entire career.
My primary goal is to be a solo artist releasing original music.
There’s only two kinds of music I don’t like… Country and Western.

My favorite bands were Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Jethro Tull, Uriah Heep, Grand Funk Railroad. If you listen to some of my early music, you can hear it.

Music is an expression of individuality; it’s how you see the world. All art is, for that matter. You take how you experience the world, interpret it, and send it out there – express it – whether it’s sculpture, dance or singing.
My music relies solely on the feeling. Just the feeling.
If you’re doing black music, you should have a core understanding of where that comes from, and the fundamentals – so you’re not some bozo thinking you’re doing something new.
