Happiness is a decision and so as Love. If you decide to be happy then you’re happy. If you decide to love then you love.
How can you be free, If you don’t even know you’re trap or lock inside?
If you choose to be sad then you will be sad but there times you don’t know why you’re sad. Tears start flowing from your eyes.
What inflicts the mind, inflicts the body. What inflicts the soul inflicts the body. Physical wounds heal much quicker but spiritual, emotional and spiritual wounds takes much longer of healing.

If darkness surrounds you, look for the light. If you can’t see it, raise your head up. You may be surrounded by darkness but it does not cover you on top. Let the light shine down on you and let it lead the way out of darkness.
